Privacy Policy

Intelliz ("we", "us") is a company incorporated in Canada and based in Ontario. This policy explains what personal information we collect through www.intelliz.io, why, and what rights you have. We aim to meet Canada's PIPEDA and the EU/UK GDPR.

What we collect

• When you book a call: your name, email address, and the answers you give in the booking form (such as your company and what you'd like to discuss). Bookings are handled by Google Calendar.
• When you email us: your email address and whatever you include in your message.
• When you visit the site: our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and reliability.

No cookies. This site does not use cookies or tracking, and we do not run advertising or analytics that identify you.

Why we use it

• To reply to you and hold the call you booked
• To prepare and carry out any work we agree on
• To keep the site secure and working

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing without your consent.

Who processes it

• Google (Google Workspace and Google Calendar) — email and booking
• Cloudflare — website hosting

These providers may store data outside Canada, including in the United States. They protect it under their own privacy commitments and applicable law.

How long we keep it

• Inquiries that do not lead to a project: deleted within 24 months
• Client records: kept as long as needed for the work and for legal and tax obligations

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent, by emailing privacy@intelliz.io. We reply within 30 days.

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, or, if you are in the EU or UK, your local data protection authority.
